Tovi Bibring is Associate Professor of Medieval Studies and Chair of the Department of French Culture at Bar-Ilan University, Israel. She was a Masada fellow at Worcester College, Oxford University, UK, for the academic year 2021-2022, and co-founder of the interdisciplinary research group Disciplining Emotions.
Dafna Nissim is a Lecturer at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel. She specializes in French and Netherlandish art with an emphasis on viewers’ emotional and cognitive responses to devotional and secular artworks. She recently co-edited (with Vered Toha) Blurred Boundaries and Deceptive Dichotomies in Pre-Modern Texts and Images.
Bar Leshem is Lecturer in the Department of Art History at Haifa University, Israel, where she specializes in classical reception in Early Modern Italy.
Hilla Karas is Senior Lecturer and former Chair of the Department of translation and interpreting studies at Bar-Ilan University, Israel. She is co-founder of the interdisciplinary research group Disciplining Emotions.
