Karen Cripps (SFHEA) is an Associate Professor in Responsible Management and Leadership at Oxford Brookes University Business School (United Kingdom). Her research practice centres on aligning student sustainability learning with employability and aligns deeply with the United Nations-supported initiative 'Principles of Responsible Management Education' (PRME), for which she sits on the Working Group for ‘Climate Change and Environment’ and co-leads a Working Group on ‘Careers and Sustainability’.

Candy Ho is a Chancellor’s Chair and Educational Studies Faculty at Kwantlen Polytechnic University (Canada), where she leads research on integrating the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals into curricula and teaches courses that connect learning, work, and purpose. An international award-winning career development educator, she works at the intersection of career development and sustainable development, advancing career practices that support equity, hope, and transformative change.
