Gisli H. Gudjonsson, CBE, PhD, is Emeritus Professor of Forensic Psychology at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, King's College London, and an Honorary Professor of Psychology at Reykjavik University. A Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a registered clinical and forensic practitioner with the Health Care Professions Council, he has been extensively involved in the development of false confession science and its application to real-life cases over the past 45 years.
