Rohmingmawii is Associate Professor in the Department of History at Pachhunga University College, Aizawl. She was an Associate at the Inter-University Centre, Indian Institute of Advanced Studies, Shimla, from 2016 to 2018. Her teaching and research focus on the social and cultural history of Mizoram and Northeast India. She has published on topics such as proselytisation, indigenous healing, colonial knowledge production, oral traditions, etc.
Sarit Kumar Chaudhuri is currently working as the Vice-Chancellor of Alipurduar University, West Bengal. He was the former Professor of Anthropology, and Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences in Rajiv Gandhi University, Arunachal Pradesh. His prime research engagements are with the issues concerning indigenous religion, art, identity, cultural heritage, dynamics of India’s North East borderlands and ethnographic museums.
