Tripti Malik is an Associate Professor (Microbiology) at Dolphin PG Institute of Biomedical & Natural Sciences, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. She has an experience of 22 years in teaching and supervising undergraduate, post graduate and doctorate students. She has received funding from state and central government for R&D projects. She has authored a number of research articles, review articles, book chapters in national and international reputed journals and books. She is also actively engaged in editing books and articles for publishers of scientific repute.

Maulin P. Shah is a Scientist at Enviro Technology Ltd., Ankleshwar, Gujarat, India. His research focusses on Industrial Wastewater Microbiology, Applied & Environmental Microbiology, Bioremediation, and Biodegradation. He has more than 200 research publications in highly reputed national and international journals and has guided more than 100 Post Graduate students in various disciplines of Life Science. He also serves as a reviewer in various journals of national and international repute. He has edited more than 240 books in wastewater microbiology, environmental microbiology, bioremediation, hazardous waste treatment.
